An easy to make, cheap, but good halloween costume?

My friend is having a Halloween Costume Party, so I kinda need a costume.
It's nothing special tho-Just some friends hanging out.
But the thing is, I want a cute costume without having to pay a lot.
I'm not really good with sewing or anything so that's...

not an option.
Also, I'm going with my boyfriend, and it would be cool if our costumes would match eachother. :D
Someone suggested that I should go as an angel and my boyfriend as a devil.
I totally love that idea! But I have no idea how to do it! :D Lmao, sooo..any help, suggestions?

Angel : White dress/Shirt/Pants etc., Wings, Halo, Glitter it's really simple
Devil : Wear all red or black, buy horns that clip in his hair (they are cheap), pitchfork if you have the money, or devil tail.

Dead Prom Couple: I'm sure you have old prom or homecoming dresses laying around and I'm sure he has dress clothes. Then you just paint your face, and add some fake blood.

Greek Goddess and God - make toga's out of sheets

Me and my boyfriend are going as partners in crime All we're doing is wearing all tight black clothing. Wearing black gloves (stretchy ones are fine) and black touks and having the black under the eyes. Also go to the dollar store and try to find some black squirts guns. and TAADDDAAA! Your costume.
