American idol, are the contestants this year awful?

What do you think of this years American Idol. My sister and a couple of other people told me that this year the contestants are awful.

Yeah, I don't think there is as much talent this year, so I kind of quit watching it.

I don't think its nessicarily the contestants. I mean they're kinda suckish this year but I also think its the new stuff their trying to do with the show.

I think David A. is pretty good, I mean, for just getting over a throuat desease (sp.??) Brooke was pretty good too, but she just got kicked off... they're also changing up the show which SUCKS!!!
