Am i pregnant - recent iud removal

I had my IUD coil removed during my last period. I was having very long heavy periods. The periods were lasting 7-9 days however my cycle was always 25/26 days. My period was due (following my usual 25 day cycle) on Weds 11.03.09, it is now Sat...

14.3.09 and it still has not arrived. I have just had a negative home test. I had unprotected sex last sat though 7.03.09 so could it be that it is too early to detect? or is it that the cycle is changing due to the coil being removed. I have felt extremely tired, a little nauseous, and v emotional but this could just be normal stress or PMT? My periods have never been late before. I have two children and have fallen pregnant v easily before.

Your cycle is probably just messed up from removing the coil. It is common when it is removed. Also the fact that you are stressed out is probably also affecting your period

If you want to be sure though go to the doctor for a blood tests, but I would give it some more time.
