forgot to mention, a scale cant tell you if you're overweight because muscle weighs more than fat

The BMI index will give you a better idea of your weight and if you are over or under.

try not to put on more weight
and how old are you?
if you are like14 or 15 you'll still grow for a few more years
if you grow taller it would be better
