Am I fat at 5'3'' and 104lbs?

My brother got his head stuck in the toilet. LOL Asked by whoami 11 months ago, 3 answers.

I am 5' 3' and weigh like 104 lbs. I don't know if im fat. All my friends say im 'SUPER SKINNY' but I always feel fat. I have very protective parents so I can't have an eating disorder. I always wear baggy clothes cause I think im fat. What do I do?

A. how do I lose weight?
B. feel better about me

HELP PLEASE!

BMI Categories:

Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

I calculated your BMI according to the info you gave me and your BMI is 18.4 which puts you in the underweight category. What you need to do is start putting on a few pounds rather than aiming to loose them.

The only way you can feel good about yourself is by if you can learn to love who you are for what you are, not the size or weight that you are. You also need to stop comparing your self to others if that is what you do in terms of weight/size, I have noticed that a lot of people I know who are parnoid about their weight tend to comapre themselves with others. But what you need to remember is that eveyrone has a different body shape example, you can weigh the same yet one of you will either be slimmer or bigger because it depends on your height, bodyshape etc

However, being slim or fat does not make you beautiful or attractive it is the value of self-worth and self-respect from within that attracts you to others. (This is my own opinion and I mean no offense to anyone who reads this).

omg!I'm in the same situation except I weigh 98 yeah all my friends say im anerixic but really if I were you I would lose weight I mean Imnot talking about 15 pounds! lord no only like 5 I mean I do not feel good about my body at all I only want to lose like 7 pounds plus people like skinny people so yeah

well if you feel that you are overwieght then try takeing on a sport like track, basketball, or even dancing. even if you dont want to do a sport just getting a little bit of excercize in every day helps. (if it helps I know someone who is really sikny and she is about your weight and hight)
