As I'm getting older, I feel less Aries like, not so much a hot head, more grounded, I like staying at home, overall, I tend to have very Taurus behavior of late. I was born two days shy of being a Taurus...is there an overlap with signs, having...

For example, if youre on the aries/taurus cusp but only have 10 degrees in Taurus, you will exhibit significantly less taurean qualities as someone who is 60 degrees in Taurus.

But being on a cusp, you may have significant characteristics of either signs.
