Algebra homework confusion?

gjgjghj Asked by soblonde6 about 1 month ago, 1 answer.

The question is,

Graph the linear system and tell how many solutions it has. If there is exactly one solution, estimate the solution and check it automatically.

41. x = 5
x + y = 1

I don't need you to graph it, just show me how to solve it and get the...

point (x,y).

so first you plug in the value of x in the equation ( 5+y=1) then you subtract 5 so you'd get y=-4 so your points would be (5,-4).I am pretty good at math so I hope it helped. happy
