Could poor circulation be a symptom of alcohol withdrawl?

I believe it very well could be.. alcohol damages the liver which helps in filtering out blood.. when the liver is damaged the blood isn't filtered enough or as much causing toxins to remain in the blood, such as alcohol, which could eventually cause later on diseases or even death.
