It doesnt stay in your system long (depends on how much you've drunk ofcourse, but shouldnt stay longer than half a day at most...) so it definitely wouldnt have been in your system for more than 2 years. All tests could technically be wrong...
It would have definitely been cleared by the 2 year mark, for sure doesn't take that long.
Alcohol clears out of your system very quickly - it takes about an hour to clear out per drink.
Alcohol is actually produced by our bodies, and so no-one has a blood alcohol content (BAC) of 0. There are rare cases of people with a natural BAC higher than the legal limit, and they would fail a test. If your one of those rare people, you'll need a doctors note to prove it, so they can administer a skills based test instead of a blood or breath test.

Alcohol testing
How long does alcohol stay in your system? Is there any such thing as a false positive for this test. I have heard of false positives for drugs, but was wondering about alcohol. My boss wanted to do a random drug test and he said it came back positive for alcohol, but I have not drank in two years.
