Yes I've heard of them...

Oh man it's very controversial...here in Indonesia some of their gathering place have been burned down...I mean it was pretty bad..I watched in the news...everyone in indonesia is religious because BY LAW all Indonesian CITIZENS MUST HAVE a religion.The 5 recognized religion are Muslim,Christian,Catholic (seperated from chrstian),Buddism,and Hindu and ofcourse chinese beliefs such a confucious.They are all regulated by THE DEPARTMENT OF RELIGION yes we do have one.And if anything is out of the ordinary of th emainstream religions that's when the departments takes over.

SO when the focus of attention was moved to these Ahmadies...a lot of people wanted their beliefs to be banned.But our law states that EVERYONE has a right to believe in their religion.But what if it sprang from a religion like sects.That's where the hwole problem started.

My advice to you is if your an ahmady and come to Indonesia don't let other people find out.Their very sensitive.

I think they teach that Jesus will return one day.And I THINK MAYBE they eat pork.Just a couple I met once who took me out to dinner and I was surprised that they were eating pork normally knowing full well tha they were muslim.BUt when they saw my face they took my hand and told me it's okay they're beliefs teach them it's okay.So I just set that aside as a different sect in Islam.
