is period blood suposed to be brown when its in the pad when you go to twinkle!?

yes, sometimes it is... if it's not heavy, sometimes the blood will dry up and turn brown.

Yes the blood itself is not actually brown, it's just that the blood has dried up on the pad. So nothing to worry about.

Well, yeah. It is normal but if it continues to get like darker or heavier I would ask a doctor to be sure.
But from what you said you shouldn't worry about it.
