Age limit for monroe

What is the age limit to get a monroe if you have a parent present? I am 14 and I'm dying to have it done :D

Every place is differant in most cases it is 14 with parental consent and 18 on your own.

In most places I think you'd be allowed to get it done if you have a parent/legal guardian there with you so they can sign forms/agree to everything, but it depends on where you live and what the standards are like around there. You have to be at least 18 years of age to get any type of piercing without parental consent. I'd say your best bet would be to call up some local piercing places and see what they say.
