I find that aloe burn gel works great. It feels cool and comfortable and seems to speed healing. I think pure aloe works better. Sometimes I just cut a leaf from my aloe vera plant, cut it open and rub it directly on burns and rashes. I find that when I use pure aloe burns and rashes heal up very quickly though the aloe often stings when I put it on sensitive skin.

There's a product (can't remember the name) that is 'aloe vera & spearmint' ...it seems to work very well. And if your sunscreen isn't working; you need a higher SPF, or need to reapply it more often. Most of the sunscreen manufacturers make a 'continuous spray' version. It can be applied much faster, and has more even coverage than the traditional lotions.
