I have heard how bad it hurts the first time having sex for us girls, any advice?

it doesnt hurt for everyone
some girls dont feel any pain or discomfort at all
it all depends on how aroused and comfortable you are
you also need to be relaxed
and its a good idea to use lubricant

Have lots of foreplay
Use extra lube
Make sure you use protection
Take it slow
