Britt,
The best way to break the sugar addiction is to 1)do it slowly - cold turkey usually leads to a hard re-lapse and 2) substitute natural sugars (fruit) for processed sugars (candy, etc.). Good Luck to you, sugar is a hard habit for most to break.
