What is the best way, the best medican to get rid of a migrain? I used to take tylenol PM but it doesnt work any more.

I get very bad migraines to the point where I'm almost physically ill. I take nurofen and it works great not sure if you have that where you are if not look for ibuprofen. Also avoid bright lights until it goes away. Good luck happy
