A dead cat in a pool

I just found a dead cat in my pool but I dont know how it got in there or how it even died please answer me some toideas of why it was dead and why it was in my pool or what do you think happend

maybe it drowned???

It possibly drowned...
I can't think of any other reason...dead cats don't crawl into pools

some of my friends thought of the cat Hater that he drowned him in the pool but the eyes was popping out of his head it was filled with water but it looks like it's been dead for two or three days or maybe you're right that at my of drown or maybe somebody found it and it was dead and they do it in there but all I know is that the back gate was open so maybe somebody drowned it.

I hope you got that cat out... make sure your pool guy comes and fixes that water.

it most likely drowned
it could have been chasing something or not looking were it was going...maybe even curiose and wondering what the pool was, lent over and fell in, ect
