Is the a cure 4 snoring?

There really isn't a 'sure fire' cure to completely rid you of that habit but there are plenty of remedies you could try...1-would be a form of nasal strip (I.e. Breathe Right strips), 2-would be a special mouth guard you can request from your doctor, and to go to a very large extreme if the snoring is causing you problems medically (I.e. sleep apnea) you could have surgery to remove your adnoids, which are the main cause for your snoring. I had my adnoids taken out along with my tonsils when I was little because medical reasons, and ever since then I rarely snore (only when I'm stuffed up or am sick).

They have this spray I saw on a commercial that is suppose to help it.

whenever someone snores smack them in the face, they can't snore if they're awake.

dont eat before going to sleep and lay upside down.

well...when I was younger I had my adanoids removed and apparently that stopped me snorring lol
