definitely start eating breakfast. people who don't eat breakfast are 4 times more likely to be overweight than people who do. and yes, I think 6 small meals a day is perfect, it'll keep your metabolism up, and keep you full :]
You might want to start with 4 instead of 6. It will be easier to regulate. That is the key to having and maintaining a healthy diet and weight. Also try eating more substancial but healthy meals. Like meals with pasta. They are fast and easy to make. If you want some easy recipies I have several, just message me. I'm a gastric bypass patient. I was told to eat 6 times a day. I found out thru trial and error that 4 substancial meals works better and is easier to maintain. Good Luck...Mel






6 small meals a day?
So I am going to start eating more smaller meals throughout the day but how often should I eat?
because now I dont eat breakfast and I usually at lunch at 1230 but then I dont eat supper til 9 or sometimes not even at all. and I know thats not good for me.
