5 hour energy drink

I drank a 5 hour energy extra, is sore muscles a side effect?, im sore all over and im not sure why, maybe its the drink?

possible sid effect you could be having a possible allergic rx how much have you ate before and after? and how much sleep have you had before and after?

Ya, possibly, it's one of the symptoms of a caffeine crash (google it). Whoops, so much for product claims.

Save your money and buy a B vitamin supplement to get the same thing, minus caffeine. Or better yet get the B vitamins from food.

I really didnt eat anything much that day, but after I took it I forced myself to eat something because I knew it was bad on an empty stomace, I had hardly any sleep thats why I took it because of so much work. I slept it off, and now I'm just going to stay away from them.
