If you have been giving her cough medicine or anything with aspirin then this could happen. Anytime my oldest son gets cough medicine it happens to him because the medicine dries out the inside of his nose and makes it bleed a little. If it continues though you should take her to the doctor just to get her checked out.

4yr old blood in mucus
my 4 yr old has a fever, cough and runny nose. My concern is when she sneezes and blows her nose there is blood in her mucus. Should I be worried or is this normal with a cold? I have never seen this before with her colds.
