3 year old is always hungry at night.

My three year old is always hungry at night what do I do to prevent this and to encourage him to eat more during the day?

You shouldn't feed him a lot at night just a snack. Like some cookies or something like that. You don't want him to get chucky or anything like that do ya?

WAit I have a beter idea. Its prob because of his diet during the day. as a three year old he should have like 4 square meals a day, all including 100% juice, (none of that added crap) and some skim milk, milk is bad for weight loss tho. Also, feed him thngs of substance, light meat, like chicken and vegtables and fruit. try to cut down on the junk food and give him things that will fill him up. If this problem continues, maybe try a formula like pedia sure. But dont feed him in the night. He is going to go right back to bed and that food is just going to sit in his gut all night, which is really bad.

even I have the same problem with my 2yr old ,, I started giving her pediasure 2hr befor she goes to bed aproximately 4 to 5oz .. now the problem of hunger at knight is totally vanished
