that means your x-box is over heating. so just turn it off and let it cool down for a like an half hour. you can buy a cooling fan at walmart for like 20 buck it helps a lot! mine did the same thing and thats what I do and it works fine now that I bought the cooling fan. also I would leave your x-box for long period of time while your not playing it...
