14 year old should be able to work they nee to no how to take care of there self and not looking forward for mom,and dad to do it and other people.They need to no how it fell working hour back too back.

A fourteen year old is still technically a child. If the child expresses interest in making money, let him or her babysit, or tutor for younger children. You can teach him or her responsibility by volunteering with different organizations with your child.
