It has been removed for the time being because people were using the ‘no’ out of hand and were marking answers down for the wrong reason, so until the ‘no’ function is altered it’s gone. Eventually it will be back and so we can see who marked it down because people kept going crazy with it and if they didn’t like someone they went and marked ALL their advice down and it was upsetting users.

If it’s in any way rude/offensive/abusive etc. then yes, hit the ‘report abuse’.

some of the ones I have seen do. couldnt tell ya babe.

then, unfortunately, you can’t rate it ‘unhelpful’, we are bringing the feature back once we can prevent people from using it in an abusive fashion…hopefully in a few weeks. In the meantime, if the answer was totally off topic, rude, crude, etc, then feel free to use the report abuse. We don’t get that many abuse reports, and we’d rather have over reporting of issues than under reporting…as people who give lousy advice are just as much a problem as people who post malicious or hurtful answers, imho.
