It isn’t necessarily wrong but then again, if you really are 13, won’t you rather be living your life than chatting? Also, its through computers, you don’t know if the person that’s talking to you and telling you their 13 too is really a creepy old man wanting pleasure. I think it’s better to stick to instant messenger with your friends only. It’s more precautious. Thirteen is still a little young too to be wanting to talk dirty and such. Just live your life, you won’t always be thirteen.

I say do whatever just don’t share pics that have your face in them and don’t give away any personal information.

No, there is nothing wrong with it, but if you are chatting with people you don’t know, you just have to be careful and don’t give out personal information, or flirt too much because you really will never know EVERYTHING about who you are talking with. So, it’s ok to chat and all, you just have to stay protected, and know what to do in a situation where someone might be chatting with you in order to harm you or something.
