Would getting tattoos be a sin?

Some people would say it is a sin because “your body is a temple for god”. But getting a tattoo… I don’t think it would be a sin, as long as it’s appropriate. But yeah I agree with that guy, Go will love you no matter what. :] <3

Honey, if you are Christian, EVERYTHING is a sin. Just have fun and have faith in your higher being…don’t worry about all that!

some people believe so, do to the belief that in biblical times devil worshippers and worshipers of idols would put markings similar to todays tattoos in their skin, therefore making it a sin to do the same. however, my idea on it is, if you’re not worhipping an idol or the devil… that doesn’t put you in that category.

well I would not sa its a sin…god didnt say thou shall not have tattoos..but its the people,the priests say that god gave you the body and youre destroying it..but I would not consider it as a sin

everything you do could be traslated into a sin by someone. Some people have religious tats and say its ok others say the body is temple crap. Its up to you.
