Why won't my iPad sync apps?

A couple days ago my iPad randomly took off the iTunes app and the YouTube app. I just got the chance to sync it to my computer, I even got the most recent update, but it didn’t do anything. When I went to check the box for it to sync apps it wouldn’t check. It also said that it wasn’t charging when it was plugged into my computer. So can you help? I’m completely clueless!

Do you have the iTunes program updated?? Is it correctly plugged in? Are they compatible with your iPad?

O, sorry I have no idea then. You might wanna TTY shutting it off… That works for me when mine is not working
