Why wont he date me?

okay, well im like really outgoing, most people think im weird yet funny, and the guy I like is the samee person justb like me and we talk sometimes, we laugh together we are basically like perfectt. and im kinda his type he likes curlyhaired cuban girls. and guys in my school make jokes that im ugly well a few and on a social site I get added everyday but like reallly cute guys. why do you think I cant get a boyfriend only flaw I think I have is that I have sorta bushy eyebrows but MOSTLY EVERYONE thinks im pretty because they fit me. like they go with me. and like he knows I like him a lot, and hes in a grade before me and hes dated one of my friends, bt they broke up months ago, my friend has no interest in him he doesnt like her and like one day he talks to me then he doesnt then we flirt ten wehn we see each other he doesnt. and I wanna know why wont e date me? im very positive when im around him and im never immature only time im immature is when we are being immature together, and e doesnt mind and all I do is laugh a lot because im positve and I have a class with him my friends are there too so it makes me happy, and one time I touched his butt on accident cause we were playing and he laughed and said it was okay and when my friend did it to him on accident too he got mad at her but not at me, and him and my bestfriend are friends.
