Why wass I dizzy?

I woke up this morning slowly and started to lose my balance until I got to the shower.after I ran into my room to get dressed then my stomach started feeling wierd so I laid down and turned off the lights.I got back up and I was dizzy again.lastnight I ate applesauce, oatmeal,chips,tiny bit of spaghetti

Theres a lot of reasons why you could be dizzy. lack of iron in your diet. an inner ear infection throwing off your balance, but dizziness can also be a sign of some illnesses. I would definately go to the doctor and ask about it if its getting persistant. hope this helped!
