Why was the title of my question changed?

I nameed my question issues with boyfreind. but last night I labeled it D now its that howd it change???

Sometimes, we edit the titles of users questions to make them more accurately reflect the question being asked. The reason for this is to ensure that more users of the site can understand, from reading the “Recent questions” page, what the question being asked really is.

A question title of “D” or a simple ? isn’t as descriptive as is needed to give people an idea of what you’re after.
