why do people treat me like this?

im a good ass child only thing is I get bad grades..well…I just turned 17 and I been workn since I was 14..I been going to school come home and go to work almost everyday of my life…I cant stand it but I do..I basically take care of myself I buy myself food clothes and etc. recently my parents been lookn for a job but in the process I’ve been givin them money for rent and puttn food in the house which was not fair to me being 16 and havin to parents in the house and older siblings that 19 and 18 years old..I dont understand I do all this for them but I bring home ONE E IN SPANISH 3 and all of a sudden im on punishment…they take my phone that I brought and pay a bill for every month and they take my laptop that I paid $400..for I cant believe it so my question to you is…IS THIS RIGHT??IS THIS FAIR??

Its not fair AT ALL that they take from you want you worked and paid for with the money you earned. It doesnt matter if you work or not you are still a kid and they shouldnt put it on you to buy food and clothes and pay their bills.I think the only reason you are or were getting an E is because you are a little stressed from work and school.

I suppose it isn’t really fair or fun, but I think your parents only want what’s best for you. And, well, I think that it’s right that they do. They want you to advance well in life and doing good in school is a part of that.

If you’re having trouble in certain subjects, have you thought of maybe trying a tutor or some study groups? If they aren’t available and you want help, you could also try your teacher. They would most likely take some time to help, if asked.

its not right or fair but maybe they want the best from you. I know it feels like you are being take advantage of which is not fair…maybe you should sit down and talk to them. tell them shit has got to change and you are doing the best that you can only do…if it was me I would pissed as hell. and I would let EVERYBODY know it lol
