Why Am I Breaking Out So Much?

it could be stress or you could be going through puberty. also is you are showering less than usual then your face is just really greasy and needs washed. if youve been showering more than usual then that could also be the cause of the worse break outs because your making your face too dry so its producing even more oil and clogging your pores. wash your pillow cases and bed clothes on a regular basis and buy a face cream from your local pharmacy

maybe your just going through puberty and breaking out a lot every person is different and it all depends on the person I have never broken out bad I only get like one zit on my forhead like really small and thats it lol also you may touch face with hands that are unwashed and all the grease and bacteria are all over your face just wash you face with water and soap or buy clean and clear it really works for me thats why I dont break out much anymore

Could be stress, puberty, your face can also break out if your pillowcase or where ever you sleep isn’t clean from bacteria build up. You can wash your pillow case, wash your face when you wake up, after working out and before bed, and you can buy facial cleansers like noxema
