Who thinks that 180p is fat?

I am 180p is that fat because I think I am fat I have fat on my body and I cant wear bathibg suits because I look bad…also when I tell my firends that I think I am fat then I say I am they say I am not why do they say that when I look fatz?

Weight is all about how you old it.

Also, I don’t know your height so I can’t formulate an accurate opinion. I would say the best thing to do is to go to your doctor and have them calculate your BMI and then they (the experts) will decide if you’re overweight or not. If you want, you can look up your BMI using a BMI calculator online.

I would suggest going to your doctor. This is the best option beside the DYI methods.

Added: the Height and weight chart is based on the average height. If you don’t seem to be in the average height, it can be because of genes or some other cause. The weight is the dependant variable when it comes to hieght and weight, keep that in mind.

its overwieght, but im sure your beautiful as you are :] and if you dont feel that way, you can loose weight! but only the healthy way! im around your weight, but I’ve lost 30lbs in the last three months. if your not the best YOU can be, then change it! but dont try to change it for ANYONE else then you :]

Hey, I am 13 year old girl, and I dont see why every1 worries about there weight I am 7 stone and yes im not the skinnist girl in the world be I am contempt with myself and you should be too. Also if you dont feel confident in your clothes it will show. So always wear something that makes you feel good and dont listen to your mates because girls are b*tches and they will want to put you down and this makes them feel better.
