Is smoking Illegal if if your - 18 or can you not sell cigs to people - 18
in the UK you must be 18 to sell and buy but its legal to smoke at 16

Smoking laws are almost always set by cities and other local governments. There are no universal age limits. Some states and counties have made it illegal to sell to anyone under 19, and some states allow tobacco use by people under 18 but still make it illegal to SELL to those people. Check the laws in your area to be sure about what is and is not permitted.
