Who knows of a good weight-loss supplement?

I am looking for a supplement that helps with weight loss. Does anyone know a good one? Nothing too extreme though.

dear, work for 24 hours a day. Take food as usual no dieting.

Green tea twice a day (a.m. and afternoon) along with fish oil three times a day works wonders. Warm up a mug of water in the microwave and add a green tea bag (dont add any sugar). take 3 fish oil supplement 1200mg capsules 3 times a day.

green tea is great for speeding up your metabolism, and fish oil has omega 3 fatty acids which are great for your heart and vascular system.

Add a little diet and exercise to this and watch the pounds fall off!
