Whitening teeth with braces

its not good to whiten your teeth while having braces bc its going to be 10 times worse when you get them take off anyways.

Wait until the braces get off. Because if you think about it, all your teeth will be white but once the braces come off there will be a square in the middle of all your teeth from the brackets that isnt white.

I think you should wait until you get your braces out before doing it, so that the whitening will be even and you won’t get patches from where your braces were when you take them out.

You can try using whitening toothpaste or even the baking soda solution, but some people opt for chemical whitening (I think they’re called Crest White Strips) that’s available in supermarkets or pharmacies.
