When is this going to be a happy ending?

I am a 29 year old woman that really care and loves my family. I try to keep my family happy, but is difficult to no that the person of my life is alway wondering who is his father. We do not have no type of information of who is this person or who we are looking for. Is hard to know who is it cause my boyfriends mom died 20 years ago and that makes it even harder.. Does anyone have any advice to our search.

do you mean your partner/husband/boyfriend dosent know his father? you can apply to do some kind of DNA thing but that costs a lot of money. would his father be alive still? if so you can hire a private investigator, but again that will cost a lot. do you at least know his name? if so; you can apply to search death records to see if he died, and if so gain info.

your best shot would be looking into DNA testing, but yeah it costs heaps.

was your boyfriend adopted? or just a child with a single mum? this is really hard as his mum isnt alive anymore too. if it really bothers him you could fundraise to save up money and do a DNA test.

Contact any relatives and see if they have papers, or stories that might shed some light. Original birth certificate may list the father. If adopted, the adoption agency MAY forward a request if they have a record , or even open their records. DNA samples have to be matched to something, so unless his DNA was entered into a data base during his childhood, DNA will probably be a dead end. Finally, he may never find out. And he will have to put his energy into taking care of his brand new family line. Good Luck!!
