Buoyancy would be my guess - after all, if gravity was stronger nothing would ever float, and helium balloon’s would always fall to the ground.
I would have to say gravity. Buoyancy can be altered via gaseous undermining.
Bouyancy’s not a force. It doesn’t have a strength.
They are the same, one must depend on the other. If one is stronger, the boundary of science would be broken.
