Whats a good crash diet for me?

Im talking about like where you only drink lemonade for a week and stuff, what are some good ones though? Im 14, 120.5 pounds, and im 5’3.

My boyfriend wants me to lose like 5-10 pounds. I want to lose the weight fast because I dont want us to break up over something like that.

You might want to consider a good exercise program which would allow you to tone your muscles which would replace some fat but might not make you lose much weight. Crash diets are completely unhealthy and the bad thing about them is you deprive your body from nutrients it thrives on…And eventually you will gain the weight back, whether it be a week or a month later. Your 14 you dont need to worry about loosing weight
