what should I do if I can't get to bed?

( by get to bed I mean sleep). also I don’t have a bedtime… with all that said. am having some serious trouble getting to sleep. I turned off all my light and layed down about a hour ago and yet I still havn’t slept. and since tomorrow school I have to get up at about 4:30am and it 10:44pm right now. I would try to keep laying down and let time pass but that starting to get on my nerves. or I would stay up for a little longer and play the game or watch tv. but I know ill probably be up still about 1 or 2am and get sleepy ( which 2 hours of sleep won’t work I probably wouldn’t even get up). I hate when this happen. it make school much more harder then it already is. you ever trying doing your work while you falling asleep sitting up ( not easy :D ). I know I want to get to sleep due to the fact of how fast time passed when am just laying down. but my body not ready -.- and am not the type of person who can force my sleep. it even am up or am down. help? what should I do.. I vote for staying up :D even tho that not a good choice

Yeah, I have the same problem. Drink some warm milk then turn everything off in your room. No TV, no radio, nothing that emits a light. Make sure it’s pitch black and completely quiet. Then lay on whatever side of your body your most comfortable with then close your eyes and don’t open them. Make a bed time for yourself and stick to it.

hey Hedge, I have a hard time fallin asleep too somtimes. its harder for me specallly if I’ve ben kinda lazy. if I ride my bike or messaround with sports or sometnin durin the day its a lot easier for me but im hyper tho. my rents got me an alrm clock that has nature sounds like water and crikets and stuff on it and it stops after about 15 minites that works great for me. and a last resort is… you know what in bed. I get about 6.5 - 7 hours sleep a night if dont im a zombie. hope ithat helps and I wud realy check out the clock dude

What I do, I know it sounds stupid but it works, lay down in your bed close your eyes and take 3 deep breaths in then scrunch up your toes for 3 seconds, then take a deep breath the tighten your leg muscles for 3 seconds then take a deep breath then tighten your thigh muscles for 3 secdonds then take a deep breath then suck in your stomach as far as it will go, then take a deep breath then tighten your but for 3 seconds then let it go, then take a deep breath then tighten your fingers for 3 seconds then ttake a deep braeth then tighten your arm muscles for 3 seconds then take a deep breath then squish your face up for 3 seconds, then take a deep breath then just keep taking deep breaths, inteel you fall asleep. and dont open your eyes when your doing it, it wont as well. hope it works?
