What is up with him ?!

Okayy there’s this guy that im attracted to . owell I always have this feeling that he likes me 2 .

• Hmm like this one time , we were at this Market thing and he would always stand at where I can see him and I always had a feeling that he was staring at me . When I stared at him, I wanted him 2 catch my eye so I can wave hello but everytime he looked at me and saw that I was already looking he just quickly looks away !
• And he would like play around with me like he’d throw scrunched up paper at me and then act like he didn’t do anything like he’s trying to get my attention or something, like this other time I was talking 2 my cousin and when he walked by he just came and bumbed into me on purpose .
• And oh when we talk face to face and im talking to him , he doesn’t look at me [but he’s paying attention] even when he answers my questions he still doesn’t look at me . He either looks down or to the side BUT when we talk on the phone, he hardout talks to me , he always teases me and asks stupid questions like are you a virgin and all that ! And this other time he asked me if he can bash up my ex-boyfriend but he doesn’t even know him !! He saw him once but still not a good reason to bash the poor guy, you know ! Kayy I know your probably thinking that these all show that he likes me or whatever [that’s what I was thinking] but the thing is if he liked me , he would be texting or calling me [I mean he has my number] but he DOESN’T call or txt me !! whatz wrong with him ?! Does he like me or what ? Help please !
