Hmmm. Hayley is hard to shorten to get a nick name out of. As much as I like that name, I’ve never heard a nick name for it.

If you did shorten it like Jen or Jennie is to Jennifer or Gwen for Gwendolyn you’d end up with just Hay. Then people would be walking around all time calling you “Hay You!” lol

Depending on what your last name is, maybe, do the J-Lo approach. Take the first letter or two (or 3 since that’s a good split point) and combine it with the first few letters of the last name. 8D
