what if I start eating halff my normal food...?

ok im trying to lose weight all over my body and I was wondering if I go jogging 2wice a week and eat half of what I normaly eat and do crunches(50)a day will I lose 20lbs before summer?

you will loose weight but being a guy, a shitload of it will be muscle, then any time you go to eat normally you will store it as fat, so this is a stupid idea. do some light exercise daily so to keep up your metabolism, and keep burning calories. and eat more protein than carbs, thats if you want a ‘ripped’ look, rather than a ‘skinny’ look. also eat lots of fibre it helps carry the fat through and out of your body, and drink lots of water, it gets rid of unnecessary water weight. make sure you’re eating regularly in small amounts also, you shouldnt count you calories, eat to your satisfied and not to you full, and simply be weary of where you get your cals from eg: 200 cals from protein burns up waaay faster than 200 cals from fat. ergo eat lots of calories, just make sure its from better sources, also wholegrans are awesome for giving long lasting energy and burning up cals hope this helps :) gosh im a health junkie lol

Half of what? Half of 20,000 calories is still 10,000 calories. You can’t apply ‘exercise this much’ and ‘eat half what you normally eat’ and expect it to automatically lead to weight loss. To lose weight, you need to use more calories than you consume. Period. That’s it.

you need to workout more than this at least 45 minutes of activity daily is required cut your calorie intake and start eating fruits veggies, chicken breast and fish
