Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, especially berries, green veggies, and watermelon, which all have lots of veggies to keep your skin healthy. Also drink lots of water, and try to avoid foods that are too greasy. Hope I helped :)

I can tell you what not to eat don’t eat fattie or grease foods don’t eat a lot of peanut butter. This is simple it works for me. In the morning take a hot damp rag and blot your face do this in the eavning as well. Also never leave makeup on over night and if you can maybe even stop wareing it for a while sometimes your face just needs a break. By the way if you can’t really stay away from greasy foods ! before you eat them take a paper towl and blot the greace off. Don’t pop your exzisting zits you’ll make them spread. Don’t have hair in your face and don’t rest your hands on your face that brings bacteria into your poors. If you have a real bad zit I’ve heard if you put mint tooth paste on it over night it gets better. Hope I was of some help.

As untrue as this sounds, you can rub Emu Oil on your face to get rid of acne. I’m not sure where you can buy it, but I buy it at an organic store called A Market. I rarely get acne, but that’s probably because I use Oxy Pads. I use the Emu Oil to thicken up my stretched lobes and it makes them nice and soft. aha, but it’s also been known to help with acne. It’s expensive, though. I pay $22 for 2oz of it. :(
