What food to eat to gain weight quickly?

Well I want to gain 12 -15 lbs quickly I eat everything and I drin a lot of milk,eat cheese and chips evrything and nothing works…is there a pill I can take or a something I can drink…

start munching protein bars and drinking protein shakes.

Easy way to gain weight is eat a heavy meal before bed time potatoes, chips, meats, just a high calory meal before bed. Its easy and you gain weight

You don’t want to gain weight the un healty way. Exricse your muslce. ( muslce weight is more than fat weight) Drink pronteis shakes and ensure. Drink milk. Instead of water drink things like Gagtore or vitaims water. Eat mac and chesse everyday. Go to Mcdonald every 3 days and order 4 things.

you can go to a vitamin world or gnc and ask for a weight gainner …I got one once and it was called weight gainner 2200 gold cus it has 2200 calories and plus milk is even more…u can easily add 5 pounds in a week if you fallow the instructions…its a lot to drink though and you have to be working out a lot so that it doesnt turn into fat…or you can just visit those stores and ask they will help u
