What can I do to workout?

I want to lose weight in my thighs, and I know when I lose weght I have to do that alll around my body, but the problem is wher can I workout. I dont want anyone to know, so I cant use the tredmale. And outside there is nowhere to run, so what can I do to run for 30 minutes a day, and yet be a good workout?

Its painful, but for thighs, jump up, land in a squat position, kick your feet behind you in a pushup position, then bring them back and jump back up, it really tones your thighs, you can also get a small trampoline and jump or a stepper.
