What are some things to do while babysitting?

My kids always tell me when I get home how they like it when the babystitter plays games with them, or draws. Its not a great idea too let them play on the computer or watch t.v when you first start off the night because they get board easy. Start off by asking them what they like to do for fun . Maybe you could even be creative and make up a game and teach it to the kids you babysit . And before you want them to go to sleep dont give them suger 1 -2 hours before bed. As for babys just talk to them and if your younger its always good to have a older person with you when you have new born . I would not let any one baby sit my kids untill they were 13 with a babysitters license and a first aid course. And its never a good idea to take the kids out side of the house with out a parent(s) saying its okay. And I would not put make up on a child if its not there own and you have permission from the parent(s) and the reason being if its not theres is because you could pass on or receive a infection (eye) (lips) (skin) . It is also not a great idea for them to touch the bugs if they are looking for them. Paintting is a very messing thing and unless you like cleaning I would not do it. And If they are 10 + they probley love to talk and hang out you alone hanging out with them watching movies and playing bored games should be enough. Yours truly, Demika Ray
