What are some other fun ways I can lose weight?

Im 14. im 122 pounds and 5’4 my weight goes up and down like 125 to 123 to 127 to 120 is that normal? second question is how do I lose weight? I HATE running, like I litterally can’t do it. I get sick and I get so tried after like 2 minutes. so… I like sports. ummm my gym you have to be 16 so I have to wait another year and I don’t know wanna wait a year. and the other one I can go to is really far away and my mom doesn’t want to drive me because she’s sick. I hate being lazy but I don’t know what to do. I can’t job either tried that for a while and I just can’t do it. I like being shapley but I just wanna be a bit thinner and I wanna be more strong and have more muscle. I wanna be more healthy.

eat healthy, jog/run, sit ups, drink water, milk, and any type of juice

start eating really little because your body will say “owh shes not feeding me now I better store it has energy (fat) for later”… :P just eat healthier, more veggies and fruit instead of sweets, crisps and ice cream. Ofc you can have something sweet once in a while like a treat but not all the time :D

Also start to exercise a few minutes a day, or find a sport you like and start it :P theres soo many out there im sure your gonna find one at least :P… and if you need motivation get a friend to join u, that way it will be more fun :D

The best way to lose weight is cardio exercise, if you hate running and get tired you’re probably not gonna like ANY exercise but cardio is the only thing that’s gonna have any real effect. Running is probably the best but swimming and cycling is great aswell. Have you tried a treadmill?
