What are some good fat burning excercises?

I’m almost 5’7’’, around 155-160lbs and I would like to be anywhere from 120-130lbs (depending on how I look and feel) I’d like to know what some good fat burning excercises are because it seems that I am gaining more muscle and that I don’t want. I want to lose fat.

Ok, so we all know that every type of exercise is boring, Until it really becomes fun…and feels like dancing rather then all that other stuff! I too thought that same way until I tried this awesome thing called Zumba…At first I was skeptic like all of you might be…but after seeing one video of it on you tube, saw how much fun people were having, it got me motivated to get up & literally try it…I have to admit…its so much fun!!! It will shed off those unwanted pounds plus tone you everywhere…I cant tell you guys how impressed I was with it…so much so that with in a few min’s I felt muscles I didnt know existed in me. It will tone your arms, legs, thighs, stomach, abdomen..butt cheeks…and the great thing about it, is it really works…no more wasting money & time on a treadmill anymore for me…which was boring mind you…But hey dont take my word at it…check it out Just type Zumba when you are in you tube and you will understand why its so much fun!!! you say swimming is good is the long and moderate or short and intense I have a summer house on the thousand islands lots of waves current the island is over a mile in perimiter will that do fun mail me please

anything with cardio & running/jogging. don’t over do it. work yourseld a little more each time. fat dosen’t disapperar in a day. eating healthy & drinking NO soda & lots of water helps too

Cardio/running (even run the treadmil to increase your pace if needed) Swimming is the best. if you really want toned all over and to burn the fat in all the right places I recommended Slim and 6 dvd set along with weightwatchers. Worked for me I was 5’4 172 last july. by January I was 140 and I’m still not done yet but my body looks completleyyy different. I promise it works.If you arent drenched in sweat and feeling like you wanna just get sick…you arent pushing hard enough.You have to really want it.
